If you are a Mentee, you will be on a development programme of some kind - you may be an entrepreneur on a business accelerator, or a business employee on a leadership programme. Your organisation is investing time and effort in running your programme, as are you - so they want to help you achieve best outcomes.
To do this, the organisation running your programme needs to visibility on how you are progressing against your Goals and Tasks, and whether or not you are meeting regularly with your Supporter(s) to discuss your progress.
We understand that reporting and setting up meetings with Supporters does take time out of your busy schedule. So Kandu has developed its platform to make it as easy as possible for you to achieve the following with 5-10 minutes when you are asked to "Report":
- Mark Goals and Tasks as complete or in progress (or deleted if they are no longer relevant)
- Report how relaxed (or not) you are feeling about achieving your Goals with 'sentiment' reporting, and
- Add Business KPIs (this will not be for all networks)
- Directly book meetings into your Supporter's diaries if they have provided a Calendly link.
To get started, hit Report on your progress page. You will be informed when it is time to submit a report on your progress page through the reporting countdown.
For a full walkthough on how to submit a progress report, please go to How do I submit a progress report on my Progress Page?
Reporting is not meant to make you feel under pressure - but encourage improved visibility and honest conversations so Supporter Teams can lean in and help if you need it. Being a leader or an entrepreneur is tough, so having people around you such as Mentors and Coaches can help you succeed.
