All Mentees are given Progress Pages, if they are on one of our Match & Track networks (you will not have one if your network is Match only). Progress Pages ages allow Mentees to track and report progress against Goals and Tasks so organisations/ programmes can get better visibility on their progress and provide more responsive support.
When as a Mentee you first set up your progress page, you will be taken through a short onboarding process that explains the different elements of Progress Pages. This starts with the page you can see below and will be found under 'Progress' in your navigation. We would advise that you set up and use your progress page using desktop view, as although you can access it via mobile view it is a better experience on desktop.
You will then be asked to
- Accept any Goals and Tasks that their organisation/ programme wishes you to achieve in a certain time period,
- And/or also add at least one personal Goal and related Task you'd like to achieve in that time period.
Not all programmes have required Goals and Tasks - they are more often used in early stage accelerator programmes where Mentees/ entrepreneurs require more guidance to ideate or launch a new business.
Setting up your Progress Page will take a few minutes and can be done either in one of the Kandu onboarding sessions that we run with your organisation, or you can do it on your own.
After you have initially set up your page, you will then either be asked to invite your favourite Supporters to join your Progress Page, who you have contacted and met using Kandu's suggested matches - and/or a Supporters will be assigned to you by your organisation. These will appear under Supporter Team.
You will then report your progress against Goals and Tasks on a regular basis, as set by your organisation - but reporting is usually requested monthly. Wait for an email to ask you to report.
