Kandu networks are set up to help users to access free advice, guidance, knowledge and support from others on their network. This is the spirit in which our clients set up these networks.
It is for individuals to decide how much free advice and support they are able to give and if they are Supporters (mentors, coaches, managers etc), to define what sort of mentoring they are able to provide (eg On Demand Advisors give less time than say, Principal Mentors), but our networks are not meant to directly facilitate sales for independent consultants and contractors, and we do not expect users to use it to sell to others or to try to coerce others to help them sell.
Anyone doing this may be removed from a network and we would ask our users to report any such behaviour.
Of course sometimes relationships develop over time into useful consultancies, advisory relationships and so on. In this case a Supporter and Mentee should discuss the changing basis of their developing relationship with the organisation who owns the Kandu network they are on.
